Game Ideas / What are you working on???

Since the forum seems to be a little slow I thought it might be a good idea to have people start talking about the various ideas they have had for games and what they might be currently working on.

For me, my next big expirement is going to be creating a tic-tac-toe game that can be played over the internet.  Seems like it would be a fairly good starting point to learn how to network a turn based game in XNA.  It also serves as a bit of a stepping stone towards a larger idea I have of creating an online Turn Based Strategy game based on Mongoose Publishing's Babylon 5 : A Call to Arms.   Fun game on the table top, but as is always the case hard to find the time and people to play against so I'd like to make something that can be played against someone potentially very far away and be "paused" for a little while until the players can pick it back up again.

So how about everyone else?  What are your big ideas for XNA?  What have you been working on?  Any hurdles that the collective here can help you overcome?
